Food Security Code and Subsidy

Starting today, a new Food Security Code and Subsidy will help make everyday items more affordable in remote communities.

This means lower prices on 30 essential products like rice, tinned vegetables, nappies, and toilet paper, so they are comparable to supermarket prices in urban areas.
