A new advertising campaign designed and developed by young Indigenous Australians to promote mental health and reduce youth suicide in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities has launched today.

The Morrison Government has suspended mutual obligation requirements for job seekers and participants in the Australian Capital Territory and far north New South Wales after COVID-19 lockdowns were announced today in those regions.

Bamaga Enterprises Ltd (BEL) has secured $100,000 in Federal Government funding from the Indigenous Tourism Fund, which it will use to provide new tours from its accommodation business, Cape York Peninsula Lodge.

A total of 14 new Indigenous-led research projects worth $2.6 million will be funded under the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies’ (AIATSIS) Indigenous Research Exchange grants program.
