Each year we celebrate National Reconciliation Week from 27 May to 3 June. These dates commemorate two milestones in Australia’s reconciliation journey – the anniversaries of the successful 1967 Referendum and the Mabo High Court decision.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the 1967 Referendum and the 25th anniversary of the Mabo Decision. To commemorate these anniversaries the Royal Australian Mint has released a commemorative coin and Australia Post has released a commemorative stamp.
