Hear from past participants:
No prior experience needed
“The program was accessible to me. I don’t have a degree and didn’t feel confident in finding government work. By removing barriers to entry, I felt comfortable to put in my application and do my best. Since then, I’ve had multiple promotions and I’m now in a leadership position.” - Matt
Cultural support
“The cultural support makes a big difference. ATO is focused on support for staff. The connections I’ve made with other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders at work and within the Moondani network makes me feel stronger.” - Sandra
