Shared Responsibility Agreement

The community at Ringers Soak (Kundat Djaru) want to improve their community’s appearance, reduce fire and other safety risks, and improve environmental health.

This SRA will provide basic maintenance equipment that is currently in short supply in the community.

The community will clear and cut lawn and grassed areas, develop fire breaks, and pick up all rubbish in the area. They will be responsible for securing and maintaining the equipment. Individuals/families will tidy up around their own houses, and take part in CDEP activities to maintain communal areas.

The Australian Government is providing funds to purchase the equipment.

This is the community’s second SRA.
