Shared Responsibility Agreement
Kupartiya wants to improve the sport and recreational facilities available to its young people.
Through this SRA the community will work with the Australian Government to build a basketball court and a shade cover for a nearby playground.
The community will provide the labour to construct the court, and maintain and secure the facilities. Parents will organise competitions and act as coaches and referees.
The basketball court will double as a venue for other community activities such as coaching clinics, barbeques, meetings and cultural events.
The Australian Government will provide funds to construct the basketball court and shade areas.
