Why do you think it’s important for young kids to attend pre-school?

Pre school helps all kids to gain really important skills for socialising, being creative and getting ready for school. High quality pre-school made a big difference to my kids and has made their start at school smooth and successful. Their carers and teachers are some of the most influential people in my kids childhoods and made them feel secure, capable and curious. All children should have access to those kinds of experiences

What’s your favourite memory or experience from pre-school?

Story time. They would cut up fruit we had all brought and we would sit in a circle munching and listening. My teacher did the best voices for the different characters!
